In week six we were tasked with creating a tender/proposal document for the titanic quarter in Belfast.

In our brief for this assignment we were told it wasn't a design task but rather a task for us to show that we could create a professional document.

I started by finding examples of tender documents so that I could have a rough idea of the fields that I should add and how they usually word their documents. I found an article online about how to create and design a good tender document, the article states:

• Spell check and proofread
• Make data clear and obvious
• Utilise typography consistently
• Break it up into defined sections

For the typography of the document I chose manrope for the body text and koulen for the headlines. I want to split the document into these sections:

• Project Overview
• Project Approach
• Scope of Work
• Assumptions
• Deliverables
• Ownership & Rights
• Additional costs / fees
• Pricing & Payment Schedule
• Acknowledgement & Sign-off
