Brand Values

Brand values are beliefs that a company represents. They form an identity for the brand and what it should stand for. Brand values should always reflect what is important to the brand and for its customers.

I started the process by mind mapping some potential ideas for my brand values:

Communication - I feel that this is one of the most important things a brand can offer its customers, as it builds a healthy relationship between the brand and customer. Communication also helps brands adapt to trends in the industry, this will help the brand stay relevant and competitive.

Accessibility - This is another value that I think is crucial for every brand to implement as it makes the brand inclusive so that anyone regardless of abilities or disabilities can access and engage with the brand. Making the brand accessible also enchances the user experience with clear intentions as to how to operate the app or website.

Consistency - This value builds trust between the brand and the customers as it creates a sense of reliability and trustworthiness. Consistency also helps a brand establish its identity because when a brand is consistent in its design it reinforces the identity and colours of the brand.

Simplicity - This value ties slightly into accessibility because when a brand can implement simplicity it can make the brand become accessible to a larger audience. Simplicity also ensures that the brand gets its message across because it will be clear and easy to understand.
